Information we collect
The contact form collects your name, email, subject, message and language. Quote and group requests also collect your tour choice, travel month and year, number of nights, flexible-date preference, adults and children, traveler type, hotel level, country, optional phone / WhatsApp and message. Group proposals include company name and trip type. Please do not include passport, payment or other sensitive information.
How we use and share it
Your details are used only to reply to your inquiry and prepare travel quotes. Submitted requests are stored securely for Near East Resources. We may also email your request to nabil@ner-tourism.com. The on-screen confirmation acknowledges receipt of your saved request. We do not use form data for marketing.
Security and storage
Requests are transmitted using HTTPS and stored with restricted access. Public visitors cannot read submitted requests. Authorized project operators and service providers process them to operate the forms and handle inquiries. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
Browser preferences
Your language preference is stored in your browser. A submission timestamp is also stored to prevent repeated requests within 60 seconds. You can clear these values in your browser settings.
Access and deletion
Email nabil@ner-tourism.com to ask about your data or request deletion. Include the email address used for the request so the team can locate it and verify your identity. Data is kept only as needed to handle your inquiry and related obligations.
